June 1. Mayor Elumbaugh said he had visited with BIS and they are now under new management and <br /> they have promised to bring their rent up to date as soon as possible. <br /> Councilmember Krug said the Wing Shack was schedule to open the first of next week. The new <br /> business is employing 30 citizens, 20 of which are full time positions.
