F) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE WATER/SEWER DAMAGE <br /> CLAIMS POLICY <br /> Councilmember Bryant introduced an ordinance to amend the <br /> Water/Sewer damage claims policy. Councilmember Shetron moved read the <br /> ordinance by title only and suspend the second and third readings. <br /> Councilmember Bryant seconded and the roll call count was 8 for and 0 against. <br /> Attorney Stalker read the ordinance by title only. Councilmember Insell moved to <br /> adopt the ordinance and Councilmember Bryant seconded. The roll call count <br /> was 8 for and 0 against. The ordinance was given #2009-10-2. Attorney Stalker <br /> read the emergency clause. Councilmember Bryant moved to adopt the <br /> emergency clause. Councilmember Henley seconded and the roll call count was <br /> 8 for and 0 against. <br /> G) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson gave the council a copy of the contract for <br /> professional services with Robinson, Stafford, Rude, Inc. (RISI). ANRC requires <br /> the city contract with an engineering firm to perform value engineering services <br /> for the wastewater treatment system improvements. Councilmember Shetron <br /> moved that Mr. Johnson execute the contract with RISI. Councilmember Bryant <br /> seconded and all voted for. <br /> H) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to go into executive session. <br /> Councilmember Insell seconded and all voted for. <br />
