Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the out of state travel. <br /> Councilmember Insell seconded and all voted for. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh commented of the City first Health and Wellness fair. Over 90 <br /> employees and 4 councilmember attended. The Mayor said he hoped the fair will help <br /> to bring health awareness to our employees and community. <br /> The Mayor announced that the City will be receiving a trails grant in the amount <br /> of$40,900.00. The new trail will be a 12' wide asphalt trail beginning at the Mickey <br /> Mouse Pool and run to the end of the Fitzhugh Ball Park. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Bryant commented on the chain saw safety class and said he <br /> lost a friend due to a chain saw accident. He commended the employees for attending <br /> the class and thanked the Ms. Taylor for her efforts in promoting safety in the City of <br /> Batesville. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Matthews moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned and Councilmember Insell seconded.
