He said within minutes, city employees were working on <br /> stop lights and clearing debris from the streets. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Carpenter said he had been contacted by a local church about <br /> installing a chime system that would chime periodically throughout the day. Mr. <br /> Carpenter asked for help in determining if the city had any noise ordinances that would <br /> prohibit the request or possibly any state statute that would make it unlawful to play the <br /> chimes. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Krug moved that the meeting <br /> be adjourned.
