Councilmember McDonald moved to go into executive session to consider <br /> the firing, hiring, promotion or demotion or one or more employees. <br /> Councilmember Shetron seconded and all voted for. Upon returning from <br /> execution session, Councilmember Terrell moved to reappoint Ms. Barbara <br /> Fitzpatrick, Mr. Ron Beckman and Mr. Bill Olsen to the Historic District <br /> Commission. Councilmember Shetron seconded and all voted for. Each term <br /> will end 1/8/2012. <br /> C) CEMETERY RESOLUTION <br /> The council considered two Cemetery Resolutions; Jim Leggett, <br /> Resolution #2008-356-2 for $2,000.00 and Joyce Richey, Resolution #2008-346- <br /> 1 for $1,000.00. Councilmember Terrell moved to approve the resolutions and <br /> Councilmember Shetron seconded. All voted for. <br /> D) PAID BILLS REPORT <br /> The council reviewed the paid bills report for November, 2008. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh asked the council to approve incentive pay for city <br /> employees this year. He recommended $250.00 for all full time employees <br /> employed at least 6 months and $125.00 for part time employees and full time <br /> employees employed less than 6 months. Councilmember McDonald moved to <br /> approve the incentive pay and Councilmember Krug seconded. <br /> Mr. Ben King, Architect for the new fire station, addressed the council <br /> regarding the bid openings for the new station.
