The council also suggested that Ms. McKenzie contact <br /> other officials in each county that would be affected by the move. <br /> (B) PRESENTATION FOR ED HOLLER WITH MAIN STREET BATESVILLE <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh presented Mr. Ed Holler with the "Spirit of Main Street" <br /> volunteer award for his work with the Main Street Arkansas Program.
