MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh informed council of a fixed assets transfer. The Utilities <br /> Department transferred a 1991 Chevy S10, Serial #1 GCCS1920M82 to the <br /> Parks Department. <br /> The Mayor said there will be a Fallen Heroes from Arkansas memorial <br /> displayed at Riverside Park from December 10-12. The memorial is traveling <br /> throughout the State and will consist of a 3'X5' American Flag for each fallen <br /> hero from Arkansas with a white post that will have a picture of each fallen hero <br /> and a short story about each one. There will also be a green wreath with a red <br /> bow for each one. The Mayor encouraged everyone to visit the memorial. <br /> The Mayor invited the council to a retirement party for Mr. Maurice Hagar. <br /> Mr. Hagar is retiring with a little more than 20 years of service as a 911 <br /> dispatcher. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Matthews moved that <br /> the meeting be adjourned.
