ORDINANCE NO oI3-1v-0 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP; AND FOR <br /> OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> WHEREAS, C and S Hospitality Corporation, Inc. has requested that their property, located on <br /> East Main Street, be re-zoned so as to be consistent with the actual and proposed use of said property; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has conducted a properly advertised public <br /> hearing on October 7,2013,to hear comments about said request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has reviewed the relationship of this property <br /> with the Comprehensive Plan and found it to be substantially consistent with said Plan;and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended that the requested <br /> amendment to the Zoning Districts map be approved by the City Council. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS THAT THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP IS <br /> HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> From Light Industrial District[I-1]to Commercial Community District[C-1] <br /> A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 North, <br /> Range 6 West described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West right of way line of State <br /> Highway No. 25, the same being East Main Street, said point being 106 feet west and 321 feet <br /> 10'/z inches south from the quarter section corner between Sections 3 l0m said Township and <br /> Range; said beginning point being the Southeast corner of the A.D. Hill property; run thence <br /> South and with the West right of way line of State Highway No. 25 a distance of 338 feet;thence <br /> North 84 degrees West a distance of 247 feet; thence North 412 feet to a point on the South line <br /> of the property now owned by N.N. Williamson and Lorena Williamson; thence East along said <br /> South line 38 feet 5 inches to the West line of the A.D. Hill property; thence South along said <br /> West line a distance of 104 feet to the Southwest corner of the A.D. Hill property; thence East <br /> along the South line of said A.D.
