RESOLUTION NO. V) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, <br /> RKANSAS. TO ACCEPT AND EXECUTE A PUBLIC WORKS AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES <br /> FFER OF GRANT. AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT <br /> GREEMENT AND DIRECTING BOTH THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SUCH OTHER <br /> OCUMENTS AND PERFORM SUCH OTHER ACTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO ACCEPT SAID <br /> RANT AND PERFORM OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY THEREUNDER AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, hereby <br /> authorizes and directs the Mayor of the City of Batesville to execute and <br /> accept a Public Works and Development Facilities, United States Department of <br /> Commerce offer of Grant and Grant Agreement, Project #08-01-02444, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto, marked EXHIBIT "A" and made a part hereof as though <br /> �fully set out herein word for word, paragraph for paragraph.
