\r <br /> Section 1 . The Proposal is hereby approved, as set <br /> forth in the written Proposal to the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas, for Feasibility Review, Power Marketing and <br /> Consultant' s Report presented to the City Council at the meeting <br /> at which this Resolution is presented. <br /> Section 2 . The Mayor is authorized to enter into such <br /> agreements and to execute such writings and take such other <br /> action as may be appropriate to engage RMI as set forth in the <br /> Proposal, including the compensation set forth therein, and to <br /> cause RMI to enter into and perform pursuant to all or any such <br /> agreements. The Mayor is authorized to execute such writings <br /> and take such action as may be appropriate to carry out the <br /> purposes of this Resolution. <br /> Section 3 . All resolutions and parts thereof in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such <br /> conflict. <br /> Section 4.
