RESOLUTION NO. <br /> • <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE PERSONNEL POLICIES AND <br /> PROCEDURES SPECIFYING A 14 DAY PAY PERIOD FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES EXCEPT <br /> FIREMEN AND A 21 DAY PAY PERIOD FOR FIREMEN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l: That the City of Batesville Personnel Policies and Procedures <br /> Handbook is hereby amended to establish a pay period for all employees of <br /> the City of Batesville, Arkansas, except firemen and said pay period shall <br /> consist of 14 days with the specific beginning and ending dates to be <br /> determined by the Mayor and City Clerk. <br /> SECTION 2: That the City of Batesville Personnel Policies and Procedures <br /> Handbook is hereby amended to establish a pay period for firemen employed <br /> by the City of Batesville and said pay period shall consist of 21 days <br /> with the specific beginning and ending dates to be determined by the <br /> Mayor and City Clerk. / <br /> ADOPTED this day of 1985. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> i Shi�Mayot, <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Larry Will ams, City Clerk <br /> • <br />
