RESOLUTION NO. S5-)2 - <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK <br /> OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREE- <br /> MENT BY AND BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL <br /> AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, <br /> ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE BATESVILLE AVIATION COMMISSION. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and di- <br /> rected to execute a certain agreement by and between the Department of <br /> Transportation Federal Aviation Administration and the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas, acting by and through the Batesville Aviation Commission, said <br /> agreement allowing the City to continue with an Airport Master Planning <br /> Project which is to be funded ninety percent (90%) by the Federal Avia- <br /> tion Administration and ten percent ( 10%) by the City of Batesville, a <br /> copy of said agreement being attached hereto, marked EXHIBIT "A" and <br /> made a part hereof as though fully said out herein word for word. <br /> ADOPTED this / '. day of ' 1985. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> n.
