RESOLUTION # <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY <br /> CLERK OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, TO EXECUTE A CERTIFIED <br /> LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROGRAM FY85 GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE ARKANSAS <br /> HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, <br /> ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1 : That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas, are hereby authorized and directed to execute a certain <br /> Certified Local Government Program FY85 Grant Agreement and to <br /> perform those duties connected therewith, a copy of said agree- <br /> ment being attached hereto, marked EXHIBIT "A" and made a part <br /> hereof as though fully set out herein word for word. <br /> SECTION 2 : That the Mayor and City Clerk are further authorized <br /> and directed to other such acts as are necessary to perform the <br /> obligations and duties of the City of Batesville pursuant to that <br /> agreement. <br /> ADOPTED this day of � � 1986 . <br /> APPROVED: <br /> Oil <br /> im Sh rrel , Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Larry Williams, City Clerk <br />
