A tract of land being part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15 in Township 13 North,Range 6 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of Batesville,Independence County Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a pipe found at the Southeast Corner of said Section 15; thence run North 88 degrees 17 minutes 53 seconds West along the South Line of said Sectionl5,a distance of 2056.58 feet; thence run North 02 degrees 20 minutes 24 seconds East, a distance of 1063.47 feet to the Point of Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot Two(2)of Bryant's Second Eastern Addition to the City of Batesville at the intersection of the Easterly Right-Of-Way Line of Dogwood Drive and the Southerly Line of the Lakewood Drive Easement;thence run North 23 degrees 06 minutes 43 seconds East along said Easterly Right-Of-Way Line,a distance of 25.30 feet to a point on the Northerly Line of the Lakewood Drive Easement; thence run South 62 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East along said Northerly Line,a distance of 126.22 feet; thence run North 28 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds East,a distance of 161.08 feet to the Southerly Right-Of-Way Line of Harrison Street(Arkansas Highway 69); thence run South 60 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East along said Southerly Right-Of-Way Line,a distance of 86.75 feet; thence run South 65 degrees 05 minutes 52 seconds East along the chord of a curve to the left on said Southerly Right-Of-Way Line, a distance of 162.93 feet; thence run South 32 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West,a distance of 322.12 feet; thence run North 72 degrees 17 minutes 54 seconds West,a distance of 67.88 feet; thence run North 57 degrees 17 minutes 17 seconds West,a distance of 188.67 feet to the Westerly Line of the Lakewood Drive Easement; thence run North 28 degrees 24 minutes 07 seconds East along said Westerly Line, a distance of 123.09 feet to the Southerly Line of said Easement; thence run North 61 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds West along said Southerly Line,a distance of 95.82 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.90 Acres,more or less, TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress identified as Lakewood Drive. Section 21-- That there will be no ingress or egress to the property by way of Lakewood Drive. Section 3 A copy of this Ordinance duly filed by the City Clerk of the City of Batesville, Arkansas and filed by the Circuit Clerk of Independence County, Arkansas and recorded in the deed records of said county, and published in accordance with Ark.
