U. Detector Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly (DRPZA) means a RPZA with an additional smaller RPZA with a flow detector meter in parallel, used to detect system leaks and unauthorized use. Assembly must be shipped as a complete unit. V. Fire Protection System means a fire protection system,consisting of one or more of the following: Pipes, sprinklers, valves, fixtures, fittings, ponds, tanks, water storage vessels and fire hydrants that are intended and used exclusively for fire protection. Person means any individual, partnership, company, public or private corporation, political subdivision or agency of the United States or any other legal entity. EE. Pollutant means a biological or chemical substance which does not pose a health hazard but reduces the aesthetic quality of water. • 3
