ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY IDEAL <br /> BAKING COMPANY, INC. AND ELMER L. COCHRAN, JR. FROM R-2 TO <br /> I-2, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, <br /> 10, 11 AND 12 OF BLOCK 76 OF MAXFIELD' S 3RD ADDITION TO THE <br /> CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS; LOT 14 OF BLOCK 73 OF <br /> MAXFIELD' S 3RD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS; <br /> LOT 1 OF BLOCK 81 OF MAXFIELD' S 3RD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br /> BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS; LOT 1 OF BLOCK 2 OF GRAY' S ADDITION TO <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas, has recommended to the Batesville City <br /> Council that the following lands lying in Batesville, <br /> Independence County, Arkansas, be rezoned from R-2 to I-2 . <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 76 of <br /> Maxfield' s 3rd Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas . <br /> Lot 14 of Block 73 of Maxfield' s 3rd Addition to the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas . <br /> Lot 1 of Block 81 of Maxfield' s 3rd Addition to the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas . <br /> Lot 1 of Block 2 of Gray' s Addition to the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas . <br /> WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the <br /> Planning Commission and the City Council has heard all <br /> persons desiring to be heard on this question and has <br /> determined that the property' s best use is Industrial I-2 <br /> and that the property should be rezoned under the <br /> classification of I-2 . <br />
