ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY IDEAL <br /> r <br /> BAKING COMPANY, INC. AND ELMER L. COCHRAN, JR. FROM R-2 TO <br /> I-2, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS LOT 4, BLOCK 76 OF <br /> MAXFIELD' S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, <br /> ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas, has recommended to the Batesville City <br /> Council that the following lands lying in Batesville, <br /> Independence County, Arkansas, be rezoned from R-2 to I-2 . <br /> f <br /> Lot 4, Block 76 of Maxfield' s Third Addition to the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas . <br /> WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the <br /> Planning Commission and the City Council has heard all <br /> persons desiring to be heard on this question and has <br /> determined that the property' s best use is Industrial I-2 <br /> and that the property should be rezoned under the <br /> t <br /> classification of I-2 . <br /> i <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 : That the lands described as Lot 4, Block 76 <br />` of Maxfield' s Third Addition to the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas shall be and are hereby rezoned from Residential R- <br /> I <br /> F 2 to Industrial I-2 . <br /> Section 2 : A copy of this ordinance shall be filed by <br /> the City Clerk of the City of Batesville, Arkansas in the <br />
