ROGERS FROM R-2 <br /> RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL;DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND <br /> OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> (1) The following city property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 Residential <br /> to C-2 Commercial; said property presently owned by J.R. Rogers is the said <br /> petitioner for the said zoning classification change. <br /> (2) That the property is described as thus: <br /> 808 Neeley Street.
