<br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
<br /> BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER
<br /> PURPOSES .
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS :
<br /> WHEREAS, the following described tracts of land is
<br /> currently zoned R-2 ; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has
<br /> recommended that said tracts described below be rezoned
<br /> Historical Residential District R-1 to be known as HR-1 .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the following tracts of land should
<br /> be, and hereby are zoned HR-1 .
<br /> Block 1 of the Bates Addition- South I-t of Lot 2 ,
<br /> South 1-� of Lot 3 .
<br /> ® Block 2 of the Bates Addition- Lots 3 and 4 .
<br /> Block 3 of the Bates Addition- Lots 4 , 5 , 6, 7 .
