1. The streets described in the Sawmill Subdivision Second Addition Deed of <br /> Dedication are accepted by the City of Batesville; <br /> 2. Pursuant to Batesville Municipal Code § 9-32.01, the streets shall be known as <br /> Mill Run Trail, Trestle Court and Equity Court; and <br /> 3. Mill Run Trail, Trestle Court and Equity Court, as described in the above <br /> referenced Sawmill Subdivision Second Addition Deed of Dedication will be added to the <br /> Master Street Plan in accordance with § 9.44 of the Batesville Municipal Code. <br /> Emergency Clause. This Ordinance being necessary for the security and well <br /> being of the City of Batesville, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance will <br /> be effective from and after its passage. <br /> THIS ORDINANCE ADOPTED this 6`, day of , 2001.
