IN THE.'COUNTY COURT OF INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS <br /> (W <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> CERTIAN LANDS IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP <br /> 13 NORTH, RANGE 6 WEST, TO THE CITY <br /> OF BATESVILLE <br /> ORDER FOR ANNEXATION <br /> Subject to the Acceptance by the Municipality of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas <br /> Now upon this 10th day of June 1991, comes on to be heard the petition <br /> of Virgil J Butler III for annexation of certain lands to the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas, wherein the petitioner appears in person, and the matter is presented <br /> upon the testimony, pleadings and exhibits of the petitioner, from which the <br /> Court finds: <br /> 1 . That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties to and the subject <br /> matter of this proceeding. <br /> 2. That petition is the owner of the following described lands, situated <br /> in Independence County, Arkansas, to-wit: <br /> i <br /> A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 9, <br /> Township 13 North, Range 6 West and described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the intersection of the South Right-of-Way of Buckeye Street and the <br /> West Right-of-Way line of McGuire Street as the point of beginning; thence <br /> North 84 degrees 33 minutes West 248.27 feet; thence North 19 degrees 19 <br /> minutes 28 seconds West 174.20 feet; thence South 87 degrees 26 minutes <br /> 05 seconds East 100 feet; thence North 79 degrees 11 minutes 36 seconds <br /> East 195.9 feet to the point of beginning; containing 1.0 acre more or <br /> less. <br /> 3. That the petitioner is the owner of 100% of the lands above described <br /> in both percentage of acreage and value. <br /> I <br /> 4. That the description in paragraph 2 above accurately describes the <br /> limits of the territory to be annexed. <br /> 5. That the hearing of this cause was set for June 10, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. <br /> in the County Judges Office, County Courthouse, Batesville Arkansas by order of <br /> this Court entered on May 13, 1991, and that notice of the hearing was pub- <br /> lished in the Batesville Guard on May 15, 1991, May 22, 1991, and May 29, 1991, <br /> and that proof of publication has been filed herein; that the Batesville Guard <br />�I �a� <br />
