ORDINANCE NO. 93- 12-1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> IN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, <br /> ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> WHEREAS, the following-described tract of land is <br /> currently zoned R-1; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has <br /> recommended that the said tract described below be zoned C-2 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the following tract of land should, and <br /> hereby is zoned C-2 : <br /> A part of the SW-14 of the NE-, of Section 13 , <br /> T-13-N, R-06-W of the Fifth Principal <br /> Meridian, Independence County, Arkansas, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SW4 <br /> of the NE4 of Section 13 , T-13-N, R-06-W; <br /> thence North 87 degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds <br /> East 359 . 08 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds <br /> East 288 . 62 feet to a found iron pin; thence <br /> North 74 degrees 55 minutes 01 seconds East <br /> 200 . 76 feet to a point in a double 12 inch <br /> cedar tree; thence along an existing wire <br /> fence run South 10 degrees 01 minutes 55 <br /> seconds East 209 . 77 feet to a point; thence <br /> South 05 degrees 26 minutes 11 seconds East <br /> 230. 37 feet to a point; thence along the <br /> North right-of-way line of Arkansas Highway <br /> Number 69 run South 88 degrees 54 minutes 00 <br /> seconds West 257 . 23 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
