4 ORDINANCE NO. i " J AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY FREEMAN MOBLEY, REEKIE GARDNER AND RICKY FLETCHER, FROM C-2 TO R-1, SAID PROPERTY BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 14 , TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 6 WEST, INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, has recommended to the Batesville City Council that the following lands lying in Independence County, Arkansas, be rezoned from Commercial-2 to R-1 .
