4 ,r RESOLUTION NO. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> i <br /> Section 1: The City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, hereby re- <br /> leases its claim evidenced by a second mortgage on the property described as <br /> thus: <br /> A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> the Southeast Quarter of Section Four in Township Thirteen <br /> North and Range Six West of the Fifth Principal Meridian <br /> in the City of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, <br /> and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencingat the southwest corner of the southeast Quarter <br /> of said Section Four; thence N 01034'49" E a distance of <br /> 681. 18 feet; thence N 89°43'27" E a distance of 491.88 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence N 00013' 56" E a distance <br /> of 412.46 feet to the South Right of Way of Industrial <br /> Drive; thence N 89°43'27" E along said South Right of Way a <br /> distance of 141.54 feet; thence along a curve to the right <br /> (said curve having a radius of 1879.89 feet from the South <br /> Right of Way, a tangent distance of 49.08 feet and a curve <br /> length of 98. 13 feet) ; thence continuing along said South <br /> Right of Way S 87°19' 54" E a distance of 187.06 feet; thence <br /> S 00°13' 56" W a distance of 400.35 feet; thence S 89043'27" <br /> W a distance of 426.55 feet to the Point of Beginning, <br /> containing 4.00 acres, more or less. <br /> Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all <br /> documents required to bring about this release. <br /> PASSED this .< day of April , 1987. <br /> g.
