RESOLUTION NO. 0 c�r <br /> 1 - 7— f <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br /> MAYOR TO ACT WITH RESPECT TO <br /> A GRANT FROM THE ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Batesville. Arkansas. has <br /> received notification of funding approval from the Economic <br /> Development Administration. Said grant will be used for <br /> activities associated with expansion of the city's sewer system. <br /> WHEREAS. it will be necessary for the Mayor to act <br /> with respect to the grant agreement with the Economic <br /> Development Administration and various engineering and <br /> construction contracts and other related documents. <br /> NOW.
