RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF <br /> BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY CONCERNING THE <br /> PURCHASE OF PROPERTY ADJOINING KENNEDY PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville City Council has determined that the interest of <br /> the citizens of Batesville will best be served with the expansion of Kennedy <br /> Park, and; <br /> WHEREAS, approximately four (4) acres adjoining Kennedy Park are available <br /> at a price of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized to act on behalf of the City of Batesville in acquiring the prop- <br /> erty. The Mayor and City Clerk are further authorized to sign all documents <br /> necessary for the acquisition of/the <br /> f�property. <br /> ` <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this �!
