4) 4 <br /> (W RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITH <br /> VINSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Batesville has been awarded funds from <br /> the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism through the <br /> Department of the Interior; and <br /> WHEREAS, the grant provided partial funding for the <br /> construction of a pavilion and related activities. <br /> WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the Mayor to act in behalf <br /> of the City in signing the contract documents. <br /> (W NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Batesville City Council <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor to approve and sign the contract <br /> documents with Vinson Construction, Inc. of Batesville, Arkansas, <br /> for the construction of restroom facilities and a pavilion at <br /> Riverside Park.
