RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE <br /> CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE ASSETS OF RUDDELL HILL WATER <br /> ASSOCIATION <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville City Council has determined that the <br /> interest of the citizens of Batesville will best be served with <br /> the expansion of the City's Water System; <br /> WHEREAS, the assets of Ruddell Hill Water Association are <br /> available at a price of . . . . . .� Z. . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized to act on behalf of the City of Batesville <br /> in acquiring the. property and assets of Ruddell Hill Water <br /> Association.
