CO-82- S16 PETITION FOR ANNEXATION Come Edward T. Jones and Helen Jones , his wife , and Charles Robinette and Brenda Robinette, his wife, being the sole owners of the land described herein, and for their Petition state: 1. That they are the sole owners of the real property , hereinafter described, and Petition the Court for the annexation Ito the City of Batesville , Arkansas , the following described , property, to-wit. Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 6 West and part of the (W Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, to-wit: Beginning at the quarter section corner between Sections 13 and 24; run South 00 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East along a fence for the quarter section line a distance of 296. 2 feet; thence run North 80 degrees 15 minutes West 354 . 8 feet; thence run North 342. 5 feet; thence run South 68 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East 80 . 6 feet; thence run South 74 degrees 11 minutes 49 seconds East 284 . 2 feet to the point of beginning, being 2. 50 acres , more or less .
