RESOLUTION #734 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF BATESVILLE TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> BATESVILLE AND U. S. RECYCLE CORPORATION AND CONSUMAT SYSTEMS, INC. <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE BY THE CITY FROM U. S. RECYCLE CORPORATION <br /> AND CONSUMAT SYSTEM, INC. AN ENERGY-FROM-WASTE SYSTEM AND FOR OTHER <br /> PURPOSES. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas <br /> as follows: <br /> (1) That the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas <br /> having considered a proposed contract for sale of an Energy-from-Waste <br /> System (an incinerator system) from U. S. Recycle Corporation and <br /> Consumat Systems, Inc. and the City Council having determined that <br /> said contract meets with their approval and that said contract is in <br /> the best interest of the City of Batesville, the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized to execute the above said contract, a copy of <br /> which is attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though <br /> fully set out herein word for word. <br /> Approved December 19, 1979. <br /> Approved: <br /> P yto Golden, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Larry Williams, City Clerk <br />
