RESOLUTION It 7q6 <br /> �W A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PORTION OF THE OAKLATN CFMETARY FUNDS USED FOR THE <br /> CARE, UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID CEMETARY TO BE KEPT IN A MAINTENANCE FUND: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas; <br /> 1. That the portion of the Oaklawn Cemetary funds set aside and used for the <br /> care, upkeep and maintenance of said cemetary shall be kept in a separate <br /> maintenance fund. <br /> 2. That said maintenance fund shall not be designated or referred to as a <br /> perpetual care or permanent maintenance fund, nor shall the City advertise or <br /> otherwise represent that it operates a perpetual care or permanent maintenance <br /> cemetary- <br /> ADOPTED and approved this day of June, 1980. <br /> MAYOR <br /> �W ATTEST: <br /> PITY CLERK <br />
