T50 OF UHE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOK AND CITY CLERK nF THE CITY nF BATESVILLE TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF APPROXIMATELY 48.5 ACRES FOR CITY PARKS_ RECREATIONAL AND OTHER PURPOSES FROM DONNIE AND THEO BRYAivT. WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Batesville. Arkansas on May 23rd. 1979 by resolution No. 726, authorized the Mavor and Citv Clerk to execute a contract for the purchase of certain property from Donnie and Theo Bryant and WHEREAS, the terms of that contract have been fully complied with by all parties and all conditions met and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cite of Batesville feels that this purchase will be in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Batesville. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE. ARKANSAS: 1. That the City Council of the City of Batesville. Arkansas hereby auth- orizes the mayor and City Clerk of the Citv of Batesville, Arkansas to purchase from Donnie and Theo Brvant a certain tract containing 48.5 acres, more particularly described as: A nart of the 92 of Sw4 of Section 35.
