Alderman moved and ,Aderman duly <br /> seconded theadoption of t e following Resolutions <br /> Resolved, that there be voted and levied by the council rates of <br /> taxation on the real and personal property located in the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas, for the year 19580 payable in 1959, as followss <br /> City General . . . . . 5 mills; <br /> City Library . . . . 1 mill; <br /> City Park & Swimming Pool Bonds . . . 22 mills. <br /> Further Resolved that such action and levy beuly certified by the <br /> Mayor, attested by the City Clerk, to the Quorum,,of Independence County, <br /> Arkansas, and to the County Clerk of said County, to end that same may <br /> be levied and extended on the tax books in accord with law in such cases made <br /> and provided. <br /> The question being put upon adoption of said Resolution, the roll was <br /> called with the following results For Aldermen , etc.; <br /> Against, None. The Mayor thereupon declared said eso ution my adopted and <br /> signed same in approval thereof* <br />
