IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS IN RE: THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF GEORGE STREET IN BALL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS SHOWN IN DEED RECORD BOOK L-6, PAGE 274-A PETITION Whereas, Malcom Moore and Edith Moore, his wife, and Donald Hedden and Emma Lou Hedden, his wife, are the owners of Lots 5, 6 and 7 in Block 2, and also Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 3 of Bail's Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, as shown by the plat of said Addition recorded in Deed Record Book L-6, page 274-A, and desire to rededicate this area and these parcels of land and relocate streets abutting thereto, and Whereas, Guy Moseley and Sarah Moseley, his wife, are the owners of Lots 1, 21 3 and 4 of Block 2, Ball's Addition of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, as shown in plat recorded in Deed Record Book L-6, page 274-A, and also of the following ad- joining lands, to-wit: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, described as follows: Commencing at the quarter section corner between Sections 9 and 16, Township and range aforesaid; thence West 65 links; thence North 341 links to a point where the North line of Main Street intersects the line between Ball' s Addition and the Powell Motel tract; thence South 54 degrees West along the North line of Main Street 355 feet to a limestone rock in the middle of George Street for place of beginning; thence North 368 feet to a point; thence West 526 feet; thence South 240 feet; thence West 12 feet; thence South 150 feet to a point on the line between said Sections 9 and 16; thence East along said line 519 feet, more or less, to a point where said line intersects the North line of Main Street, said point being 338 feet West from the quarter section corner between said Sections 9 and 16; thence North 54 degrees East along the North line of Main Street 17 feet
