NOW# B if by the mayor and city council of the city of Batesville, Arkansas# that said offer as I submitted, together with the terns and conditions thereof, is hereby acceoted and a proved; and that of the city of 3a.to.ivilie, �Irksansax, is hereby authorized and directed to sign said Offer and Acceptance and any other necessary documents required to complete the project on behalf of said city.
