RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR URBAN RENEWAL <br /> IN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, <br /> ARKANSAS, as follows : <br /> 1. That a public hearing on the General Urban <br /> Renewal Plan for the Neighborhood Development <br /> Program of Batesville , Arkansas will be held <br /> at City Hall on the 15th day of April, 1969 <br /> at 7:00 o'clock p.m. . <br /> 2 .
