(W <br /> assist and cooperate with the Local Authority in such <br /> development3 and <br /> WHEREAS, the Municipality and the Local Authority <br /> are desirous of increasing the number of dwelling units <br /> included in the Agreement. <br /> NoWf THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the <br /> promises it is agreed as follows: <br /> SECTION 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read: <br /> 02. The Local Authority shall endeavor (a) to secure <br /> a contract with the FHA for loans and annual <br /> contributions covering one project comprising <br /> of 135 units of low-rent housing consisting of <br /> 60 units for the elderly and 75 general units, <br /> and (b) to develop and administer such Project <br /> which shall be located within the corporate <br /> limits of the Municipality.
