a <br /> RESOLUTION Lo <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE TRAFFIC PLAN PREPARED BY F <br /> THE ARKANSAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT KNOWN AS THE "BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, <br /> 1968 HIGHWAY TRAFFIC STUDY1i. <br /> WHEREAS, the Arkansas Highway Department has developed a <br /> Comprehensive Traffic Plan for the urban and surrounding areas <br /> of Batesville, Arkansas to provide the City with sufficient <br /> information to plan a integvated major street system to adequately <br /> serve the existing and future traffic needs of the City of <br /> Batesville, Arkansas; and <br /> r <br /> WHEREAS, this report has been assembled and presented to the <br /> City Council of Batesville, Arkansas. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS THAT: <br /> r <br /> Section 1.
