RESOLUTION <br /> The Trustees of the Batesville Pension & Relief Fund <br /> tweeting in regular session after due and proper motion seconded <br /> and passed the following Resolution: <br /> Be It Resolved by the Trustees of the Batesville <br /> Pension & Relief Fund: <br /> That Jesse Sims died March 6 , 1973 and that at the <br /> time of his death he was a beneficiary in good standing of the <br /> pension and relief fund. <br /> That he left surviving him his widow, Lucille Sims. <br /> That Lucille Sims is entitled to draw such amounts as allowed <br /> by law from the pension fund as long as she remains a widow. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS C DAY OF i�Gzr � <br /> 1973. <br /> BATESVILLE PENSION & RELIEF FUND <br /> BY <br /> CHAIRMAN C <br /> ATTEST: <br /> SECRETARY <br /> 1 <br /> r <br /> s <br /> r <br /> i <br />
