L RESOLUTION NO . 684 CITY COUNCIL OF BATENILLE, ARKANSAS WHEREAS, an 80. 31 acre tract of land lying adjacent and contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Batesville has been surveyed, platted and laid out in lots, and the streets thereof have been dedicated to the public , said tract of land being known as Bryant ' s Woodland Heights Sub- Division and described as follows: Part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2 NEk) of Section Twenty-Two (22) , Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Six (6) West, des- cribed by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at an embedded stone at .the Northeast corner of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 6 West; thence South 1 degree 59 minutes 40 seconds West 1333. 8 feet to a concrete marker; thence (W North 88 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West 2629. 5 feet to a concrete marker; thence North 2 degrees 00 minutes East 1327 . 0 feet to a concrete marker; thence South 88 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds East 2629 . 5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 80 . 31 acres, more or less; AND, WHEREAS, a Deed of Dedication and Bill of Assurance was recorded in the records of Independence County, Arkansas, setting out certain restrictive covenants concerning the use of said lots; AND, WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of said lots have petitioned the County Court of Independence County for the annexation of Bryant 's Woodland Heights Sub-Division to the City of Batesville, Arkansas; AND, WHEREAS, publication of the hearing of the Petition for Annexation was had in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas; AND, WHEREAS, the County Court of Independence County, Arkansas has entered its order, dated March 29, 1976, approving the annexation of Bryant ' s Woodland Heights Sub-Division subject to acceptance by the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas ; AND,
