BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br /> RESOLUTION -�t -70 8 <br /> WHEREAS, various land areas have been offically annexed to the <br /> City of Batesville subsequent to the last general election, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council desires to specify the voting areas for <br /> the new annexed citizens with clairty, and <br /> WHEREAS, the following annexed areas will vote accordingly, <br /> (a) Quail Valley Subdivision, and Mobley's Big Pine Subdivision, <br /> and parts thereof, being part of the Moorefield Township, shall <br /> vote at Moorefield, Arkansas ; <br /> (b) Bryant ' s Timberland Subdivision shall be included in <br /> Batesville's Ward 4-B; <br /> (c) that all property annexed along Highway 167 North since the <br /> 1976 general election shall be included in Batesville 's Ward 2 ; <br /> Adopted this day of 1978 . <br /> OR <br /> ATTEST: <br />
