Mayor Biard asked the council to look over the proposal and be <br /> ready to adopt a fee schedule at the next meeting. <br /> DISCUSS PROPERTY AT 2265 LYON STREET <br /> Mr. John Godfrey, owner of the property at 2265 Lyon Street, addressed <br /> the council regarding his property. At the last meeting, the council instructed the <br /> City Attorney at begin condemnation proceedings on the property. Mr. Godfrey <br /> said he was trying to sell the property. Mayor Baird said the city wants to work <br /> with landowners to clean up their property and would delay the condemnation <br /> proceedings. The Mayor instructed Mr. Godfrey that Mr. McClure would contact <br /> him on March 23 to find out the status of the property and report to the council on <br /> March 24. If the property is not sold by April 14, Mr. Godfrey will need to start <br /> tearing down or cleaning up the property. The Mayor also instructed Mr. Godfrey <br /> to inform anyone who buys the property that they will be expected to tear down <br /> the structure and or clean up the property. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Insell moved to go into executive session and <br /> Councilmember Mitchum seconded. All voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, Councilmember Bone moved to <br /> increase the salary for the head dispatcher to $20,344.00 beginning with the next <br /> pay period.
