Councilmember Carpenter moved to adopt the resolution and <br /> Councilmember Cargill seconded. All voted for and the resolution was given <br /> #98-4-2. <br /> CONSIDER A RESOLUTION FOR CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 450 LILLY STREET. <br /> Mayor Biard read a resolution condemning the structures located at 450 <br /> Lilly Street. Councilmember Gaither moved to adopt the resolution and <br /> Councilmember Mitchum seconded. All voted for. The resolution was given #98- <br /> 4-3. <br /> CONSIDER A RESOLUTION CONCERNING TIME TO RETAIN DISPATCH <br /> RECORDS <br /> The Mayor read a resolution that would establish a records retention <br /> policy for the Batesville Emergency Dispatch Office regarding incident reports <br /> and accident reports. The resolutions states that reports shall be maintained for a <br /> 5 year period. Councilmember Cargill moved to adopt the resolution and <br /> Councilmember Carpenter seconded. All voted for. The resolution was given <br /> #98-4-4. <br />
