Councilmember Insell moved to go into executive session. <br /> Councilmember Ford seconded and all voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, the council gave the Mayor <br /> discression to give bonuses to full-time and part-time employees of the City. <br /> 2000 BUDGET PRESENTATION <br /> The council was given a copy of the proposed 2000 budget. Mayor Biard <br /> went over several areas of the budget and asked the council to study the <br /> proposed budget and be prepared to adopt it at the December 14 council <br /> meeting. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The council was given a copy of the financial statement for the month <br /> ending October 31, 1999. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
