Mr. Johnson said both treatment plants were running <br /> as usual. <br /> C) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO REVISE THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> Councilmember Bryant introduced a resolution to revise the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. Code Enforcement Officer Chad McClure addressed the <br /> council to answer questions from the council. Mr. McClure said Mr.'s Brandon <br /> Holmes and Zach Mobley are requesting the rezone from R-1 to R-2. The <br /> property is located west of Big Pine Road and will be used for single level, brick <br /> style condominiums with garages. Mr. McClure said a "pre-meeting" with the <br /> surrounding land owners was conducted before the Public Hearing to answer any <br /> concerns the land owners may have. He said everyone in the pre-meeting was <br /> satisfied with the request. One land owner, who was not able to make the pre- <br /> meeting, said at the Public Hearing that she was concerned with the additional <br /> traffic flow on Big Pine Road.
