ORDINANCE NO. c ,5-0,P-0 / <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP; <br /> AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission is recommending that certain <br /> properties be re-zoned so as to align the zoning classification with the actual and <br /> proposed use of said properties; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Planning Commission has prepared recommendations <br /> to assign permanent zoning district classifications to said properties, and conducted a <br /> properly advertised public hearing on August 17, 2015. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSDAS THAT THE BATESVILLE <br /> ZONING DISTRICTS MAP IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> From Commercial Community (C-1) to Residential Multi-Family (R-2). <br /> FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: 529 Boswell Street, Lot 9, Block 8 of the School <br /> Addition. <br /> IF ANY PORTION OR PORTIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE ARE <br /> DEEMED OR HELD TO BE INVALID, SUCH INVALIDITY SHALL NOT <br /> EFFECT THE REMAINING PORTION OR PORTIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE. <br /> IT IS SO ORDAINED. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands this 24'",day of August, 2015. <br /> Attest Approved: <br /> Denise Johnston, Clerk Rick Elumba <br /> csi��� <br /> Approved as to legal form: <br /> Ti by Meitzen, ty Attorney <br />
