E) REVIEW PAID BILLS AND FINANCIAL REPORTS <br /> The council was given the May Paid Bills report and the February and March Financials <br /> reports. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh commented on the wonderful turnout for the ribbon cutting and <br /> dedication of the new Community Center and Aquatics Park. He said the facility officially <br /> opened Friday, June 9t" although the outdoor pool has been open for a couple of weeks. He <br /> said we already have close to 2,000 memberships. The facility is open to the public from 5:00 <br /> a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Matthews said Entergy is now offering LED lights for city street lights. <br /> He said the city should check into replacing lights on a need be basis with LED for their <br /> longevity and cost savings. Mayor Elumbaugh said he would call our local representative with <br /> Entergy and check into the LED option. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no more business, Councilmember Bryant moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
