Councilmember Hubbard seconded and the electronic roll <br /> call was 6 for and 0 against. Councilmember Shetron moved to adopt the <br /> ordinance and Councilmember Matthews seconded. The electronic roll call <br /> count was 6 for and 0 against. The ordinance was given #2017-09-04. Mr. <br /> Meitzen read the emergency clause and Councilmember Henley moved to adopt. <br /> Councilmember Shetron seconded. The electronic roll call was 6 for and 0 <br /> against. <br /> B) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Hubbard moved to go into executive session to discuss the <br /> hiring, firing, promotion or demotion of one or more employees. Councilmember <br /> Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, no action was taken. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh reminded the council of the Municipal League Fall meeting in <br /> January. He said this year's meeting will be held in Fort Smith. <br />
