ORDINANCE NO. 2010-e,�)-9 <br /> ® AN ORDINANCE TO RE-ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br /> AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS: <br /> SECTION 1: That from and after the passage of this ordinance, the following <br /> described real property situated within the city limits of Batesville, Arkansas, now zoned <br /> R-2, be, and hereby is, re-zoned to 1-2 as more specifically set out below: <br /> A tract of land located in the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 10, which <br /> lies South and West of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Sup and North <br /> of a Branch, all in Section 10, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, <br /> being 10 acres, more or less. <br /> SECTION II: All ordinances and parts of ordinances and conflict herewith are <br /> repealed. <br /> r, <br /> EMERGENCY CLAUSE: Whereas it is necessary to effect the public peace, <br /> health, safety and welfare and the orderly administration of the City an emergency is <br /> hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of <br /> its passage. <br /> IT IS SO ORDERED. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands this G�day of -a.l ,a <br /> 2010. <br /> APPROVED BY: <br /> � <br /> iZ <br /> RICK ELUMBAUGH, MAYOR <br /> City of Batesville, Arkansas <br /> ATTEST: <br /> LC� Y\1 L4T\- <br /> Denise Johnson <br /> City Clerk <br />
