ORDINANCE N0. Q3C AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE AN13EXATION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS OF TWO TRACTS OF LAND ALL IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 6 WEST, IN INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, ARKANSAS WHEREAS, the County Court of Independence County, Arkansas entered its order of March 5, 1980, upon the petition of North Arkansas Human Services System, Inc., Jerry Pectol and Trula Pectol, his wife, and Samuel C. Highsmith and Sandra C. Highsmith, his wife, the sole owners of the lands to be annexed, after due notice of hearing on said petition for the time and in the manner prescribed by law, ordering the annexation of the following described lands located in Independence County, Arkansas to wit: TRACT 1: Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 25 and the West line Southeast Quarter (SE4) of South- east Quarter (SE4), Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, thence along above said right-of-way line in an easterly direction for a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence at right angles to above said right-of-way line in a Northly direction a distance of 200 feet; thence at right angles to East described course a distance of 200 feet to a point on the West line of SE4 of SE4 of above described Section 4; thence in a Southerly direction along said quarter section line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less, except mineral rights. TRACT 2: A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, described thus: Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 25 and the West line of the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 6 West; thence in an easterly direction along said right-of-way line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning of the land herein conveyed; thence I at right angle to said right-of-way line and in a northerly direction 515 feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction and parallel to said. Highway right- of-way line 422 feet; thence in a Southerly direction and parallel to the �•iest line of saic.
